What a fine day being forced indoors and blanketed by snow. That has been missing this winter, we gardeners need snow so we can be still and make plans. Didn’t March come in likeĀ  a lion today!

I took a trip recently to Arundel to visit my cousin Bill Spaulding, the proprietor of Arunshard Pottery. He’s made some Celtic crosses and other fun pieces in addition to his production pottery. We’ll be stocking a few choice bits from him for this season in the garden.

I just love the way the snow is frosting these items.

Here’s a still life with fresh araucana eggs from the girls out back of the propagation greenhouse.

These are Bill’s Power Trophies, they are imbued with good garden JUJU so your flowers will be happy and prolific!
